The following topics are ways which I have developed to help folks hone their painting skills and atune their visions.  Also, we can develop content to address specific needs.

Classes are $30 and hour  or $45 for two people. My goal is to give you lots of information with which to  play.

WORK CRITIQUE  Guidelines           

#1. begin by asking ‘what is the artist’s vision? What is the artist communicating? 

#2. Next look at the work for over all affect

Ask yourself
            
Does the design 
           Composition 
            Shapes
            Values
            Colors work?

 Is there effective use of warm and cool colors?

                                     Brilliant and subdued hues? 

#3. Comment on specifics-

   If you feel compelled to say you ‘like’ it please be specific say why. 

These are learning sessions and aesthetic judgements do not help us grow in our technical abilities or our capacity to evolve our visions.
